I would like to take this opportunity to commend you and your staff for making
our stay with you a very pleasant and most enjoyable experience. I happened to
pick up your leaflet on board the ferry from Vancouver as we were looking for
some where to stay once we arrived in Victoria. From the moment we arrived until
we left, my family and I were looked after extremely well by your front desk staff
who all showed such enthusiasm and helpfulness ie, Erin, Ben, Kate just to name
a few. (what bright futures they have).
We enjoyed one of your one bedroom suites, which were very well equipped and “Roomey”.
We had our 16 year old son with us and the various activities ie. Pool table etc.
were very well received.
I work for Continental Airlines so I have enjoyed various hotels around the US
& Canada but this is the first time I felt I had the need to write and let
one know they have given me good value, good service, good quality etc.

just wanted to thank you very much for welcoming us into your hotel once again.
I have been in the travel industry for over 15 years and can honestly say that
you have the best staff I have ever come across in all my travels. I have done
a great deal of travel and to 5 star properties, never ever have I encountered
the helpfulness I receive at your hotel. Never once did I go to the front desk
and get ignored, no one turned their back to talk to a co worker, no one made
me feel like I was asking the impossible or I was being a pain. Everyone bent
over backwards to make sure our holiday was one of the best ever. The hotel was
spotless, people always cleaning. All the cleaning staff were very friendly also,
always a great hello when you passed them in the hallway. Everyone is doing an
amazing job and just want to let you know that you are the first hotel I recommend
in Victoria.

and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Royal Scot. In days of yore, we always
found our sojourns there a happy time and the gift week with car reminded us that
things haven’t changed. The hotel is still the delightful place we remember.
At the end of our week with you, we asked the office staff about prospects for
a three-month stay next winter. We were told two months were possible but not
three because of being fully booked. Obviously, you are doing things right! We’ll
inquire again next year about being winter guests in 2005.
